A recognized expert with more than 35 years experience in the international seafood industry. Mr. Redmayne was the founding editor and publisher of both Seafood Leader and Simply Seafood magazines. He is also President of the Sea Fare Group, a seafood consulting and marketing services firm that was founded in 1987. He has enjoyed working together over the past 20 years with China’s Ministry of Agriculture to make CFSE the largest seafood exposition in Asia The most satisfying part of his job has been the many friends he has made over the years in China and around the world.

A Chinese national and graduate of Beijing University of Foreign Trade, Ms. Fu is responsible for all sales to Overseas Exhibitors. She joined Sea Fare Expositions in 1995 and has been instrumental in the success of CFSE. Her experience has helped her gain a comprehensive knowledge of the Chinese seafood market and international seafood trade. She places the highest value on the relationships she has developed with seafood companies from all over the world.

Ms. Fisher has 20 years of experience in the international trade show industry with Sea Fare Expositions, Inc. She is in charge of Sea Fare’s “back office” functions, including invoicing and managing the IT department. Her customer service support duties include booking discount hotel room for exhibitors and visitors and ordering interpreters. She welcomes developing new customer relationships every year.
